Hot Steppers UK – Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • To request an exchange, email us at fitnesswithify@gmail.com with your order number and the item details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are available for faulty or incorrect items only, or for items returned in their original condition within the exchange window.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at fitnesswithify@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Returning Your Item

  • Instructions for returning your item will be sent to you after you contact us via email.
