Hot Steppers UK – Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To request an exchange, email us at fitnesswithify@gmail.com with your order number and the item details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refunds are available for faulty or incorrect items only, or for items returned in their original condition within the exchange window.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at fitnesswithify@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Returning Your Item
Instructions for returning your item will be sent to you after you contact us via email.
